🇰🇪 Kenya Update – Team Bahari 💙

Today was a powerful reminder that making a difference is about much more than hard work – it’s about building relationships, learning from others and serving with compassion.

Team Bahari spent the day continuing their construction ...project, helping to build walls using traditional methods alongside local craftsmen. Working with mud, timber and natural materials, our students experienced first-hand how teamwork and determination can help create safe spaces for the community.

They also took time to meet local families and children, listening to their stories, sharing smiles and learning more about life in rural Kenya. These moments of connection are what make this journey so special, giving our students memories and perspectives that will stay with them long after they return home.

We are incredibly proud of the kindness, resilience and respect our students continue to show. They are living out our mission by putting their faith into action and serving others with humility and joy.

Another rewarding day for Team Bahari as our students continued their community project in Kenya. They worked tirelessly digging foundations, moving soil and supporting the construction work, showing incredible resilience and teamwork.

The team also visited the build site, where they could see first-hand the impact of their efforts. Every shovel of soil moved and every wheelbarrow filled is helping to create something that will make a lasting difference for the local community.

We couldn’t be prouder of the compassion, service and commitment our students are demonstrating each day. They are outstanding ambassadors for Sacred Heart, living out our school values through faith in action.

**🇰🇪 They've Arrived Safely! ✈️**

We’re delighted to share that our Kenya expedition group has arrived safely and are settling in after their journey.

Everyone is in good spirits, and we know they are looking forward to an unforgettable experience of service, ...learning and cultural exchange over the coming days.

As shared by Camps International and our staff during the parent information meetings, please be aware that there is very limited or no mobile signal at the camp, so communication with the group will be extremely difficult while they are there. This is completely normal and expected.

We will continue to share any updates we receive from the team via our social media channels as soon as they are available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We wish all of our students and staff an amazing trip and can't wait to follow their journey. Thank you to everyone who has supported them along the way.
